Individual Booked
Hours after a young woman was found deceased inside OZ Tactical there’s been no official statement. Booking records from the Coweta County Jail however show that William Brannon Owens, 38, of Newnan, was booked into the Coweta County Jail just before 8 AM this morning on the following charges.
- Murder
- Aggravated Assault
Records do not indicate the case for which he’s been charged. We’ve requested confirmation that he’s been charged in this case and for a copy of his booking photo.
Ties to OZ Tactical
With no official confirmation on his ties to last night’s incident, NCST has been able to confirm using ATF documents that Owens was the registered owner of the license issued to the OZ Tactical business as of 2022.

9/21/24 3:00 PM – A statement released by the GBI has confirmed that they have charged Owens in the homicide of Olivia Faith Robinson.
9/21/24 3:12 PM – Authorities have released Owen’s booking photo from this morning’s booking.
