Denied Bond at First Appearance

William Brannon Owens was denied bond at his first appearance before a Coweta County Magistrate Judge on Saturday.

This was Owen’s first appearance before a Judge since being charged with Murder and Aggravated Assualt in the shooting death of Olivia Faith Robinson just after 9 PM on Friday, September 20th.

The ruling by the Judge will ensure that Owens remains in the custody of the Coweta County Jail for the foreseeable future.
